Unblocking Your Phone

If the PIN number is entered on the phone incorrectly 3 consecutive times, the phone will block. To unblock phone do the following:

• Power up the phone.
• Screen message will read: "Blocked".
• Enter: * * 0 5 *.
• Screen message will read: "Enter Unblock Code".
• Enter your PUK code for the phone. Lookup your code below these instructions.
• Press "OK" button.
• Enter PIN code (default is 1111).
• Press "OK" button.
• Reenter the PIN code for verification.
• Press "OK" button.
• Screen will display "Completed".

Disable PIN code on your phone

• Power up the phone.
• Press Menu button until "Phone Setup" appears.
• Press OK.
• Press Menu until "Require SIM card PIN" appears.
• Press OK.
• If option says "ON", press arrow down to change to "OFF".
• Press "OK".
• Enter your existing PIN code to verify.
• Press "OK".
• Screen will display "Completed".
