The C1000A fixed installation Iridium satellite phone system provides ultimate flexibility for pilots and their passengers. This system allows you to access voice and data connections from as many locations in the aircraft as you would like, using the communications hardware you prefer. Simply wire in phone connections anywhere they might be needed to add extra 2-wire analog handsets, a speakerphone, or even a 2.4 GHz cordless phone system. With the additional installation of DB-9 connectors, you may also enjoy Iridium’s Direct Internet Data at up to 10Kbps, or dial-up data to another computer, a corporate network/LAN or an Internet Service Provider (ISP) at up to 2.4Kbps. The optional C1000A Cabin Unit adds even more versatility. With an external SIM card reader, you will have the ability to create individualized service plans and billing accounts for your guests, charter customers, corporate clients, or crew members.
