New Version of SkyRouter.com
On August 22nd, 2005 Blue Sky Network will release a new version of its SkyRouter Web portal. SkyRouter, which comes free with monthly subscriptions, now features detailed mapping for tracking transportation assets anywhere on earth. This is the first time a company has been able to provide global tracking and event management (take-off, landing, active/inactive asset updates and more) via the Internet. This opens up a whole new level of flexibility and applicability for fleet managers, logistics managers, operators and customers. Through the simple Web interface, asset operators can set up additional users, thus allowing access to tracking for customers, passengers or anybody else who might have a need to locate an asset.
With this upgrade to SkyRouter, Blue Sky Network has become a one-stop shop for all your asset tracking needs. The SkyRouter interface neatly integrates with Blue Sky Network's D-Series SATCOM terminals, providing two-way messaging, flight planning and emergency alerts.
Hosted in a top-rated facility, the SkyRouter network is completely safe and reliable, providing peace of mind for all.

Customer Comment

The new release of SkyRouter.com has been heavily influenced by our customers. Blue Sky Network has spent several years working with industry leaders like Tom Bondurant, logistics coordinator for energy giant Unocal. Tom's input and vision for a Web based application that was independent of the hardware owner, and could be used to track and manifest all his transportation assets played an important part in the development of SkyRouter.
After a recent SkyRouter Beta version demonstration of SkyRouter Tom commented:
"This is really great, exactly what I have been asking for. Finally, a service that can monitor aircraft, boats and land transportation, with a single application. Blue Sky Network provides the information customers need when and where they need it, and because they can be integrated with Logistics as well as Financial Management applications, customers will be able to use their data in a real-time format to execute their business processes."
As we continue to develop and improve our services, we will always remember to listen to our customers and we always encourage any input and suggestions for improvement.
