JON S. GILBERT
Founder, President & CEO
First and foremost, Jon Gilbert is a pilot, which is how Blue Sky Network began. From his Cessna 414A, Jon saw the need for a complete, reasonably priced satellite communication solution for all aviation owners and operators. Blue Sky Network was founded and soon expanded to deliver GSM, satellite, and dual mode communications systems to any business that must track assets and be in constant contact with staff, no matter where in the world they may be.
As the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Jon provides the strategic direction for Blue Sky Network in its mission to meet the safety and business needs of the aviation, marine, and land mobile markets with affordable, state-of-the-art, global communications hardware, software, and services.
In addition to being a pilot, entrepreneur, and leader of several highly successful organizations in the communications space, Jon is a CPA with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting from UCLA.
