Inside Sales - Customer Service Support

Blue Sky Network is an organization providing satellite and terrestrial communication products and services to the aviation, land and marine markets. We are seeking driven, seasoned and experienced inside sales professionals who are goal oriented and able to apply training and manage time effectively to create success. As an inside sales rep, you will prospect and develop new accounts, demonstrate the functions and benefits of Blue Sky Network services, and translate these valuable services into solid sales. Your successes will be additional compensation.

Qualified candidate must have similar prior inside sales work experience and solid general administrative skills including knowledge of MS office package. Good customer service and superior knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, follow up and closing skills are a must. S/he must possess analytical skills and be a self-starter.

Blue Sky Network is a small and flexible office in a terrific La Jolla location.

Requirements:

• Good customer service and phone skills are a must.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year Inside Sales (Outbound calling) or Telemarketing experience
• Superior knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, follow up and closing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to work within a professional, team oriented environment
• Stable work history
• Experience with SalesForce.com a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
